Starting early in the morning on a climb of Grays Peak in the heart of Colorado, I witnessed a life-changing sunrise illuminating a magnificent morning. The mountain was covered in sparkling mountain streams of snowmelt cascading downward from lasting snow packs. The mountain was cast in gold. The sight captivated my heart more than any I have ever seen. I saw visions of the rising and raging of life, the cycles of birth and death, and the glory of the ever-becoming Earth.
