It is a choice to choose joy in the face of the challenges of life. Joy and grief are inseparable life forces and consequences of love. We can call on the joy from within our bodies by connecting ourselves with the surprises we find in every moment and summon the joy of gathering when we draw nearer to one another. This is a string quartet for the dance of joy and sorrow that is our daily lived experience.
